You can order on-line filling out the Shopping Cart/Order Form.
Upon receipt of your order it will be sent an email confirming your order and providing updated information on shipping way choosen by you.
Moreover, you may receive further final instructions on how to arrange payment.
Shipping
Shipping outside Italy is made by an International Express Courier or by National Italian Mail (Poste Italiane).
Shipping cost will be notified you by software before your final order confirm.
The software during your order process calculates volume, total weight and shipping cost for your area and inform you about a provisional amount.
It changes for every destination country and sometimes has to be calculated by us in case of some special event occuring or according to oil shock or $ exchange rate.
Sometimes we can offer you a better way to ship the goods (cheaper) compared with software calculation. The final amount if changed will be communicate by email.
If you prefer to use your personal (favourite) international courier let us know about this and if possible we will arrange it. In that case you have not to pay us some transport cost.
In case of international small orders below 30 euro of goods, it will be possible that the order will be not accepted for too much time requested to prepare international shipping and documents compared with the limited sale.
Moreover in particular this is possible for no EU countries where there are border procedures and documents to prepare and some couriers apply regularly increased costs for the documentation to apply. At the moment shipping to no EU countries is suspended.
In case you have not provided during order a correct address or a working phone number, the shipment can be stopped by courier locally and they will charge us some fees for having the goods blocked in their storage.
Moreover after few days the package is sent back with a further transport cost. So instead to be charged for a new delivery, please be aware to provide a correct address and be sure that somebody can receive the pack at that address in time.
If you have some problems in following days after the order to receive the goods, please contact us by email informing possible dates to deliver and hours. We will give right istruction to the courier then!.
Payment Method
You can choose between Bank Money Order, Paypal (it accepts Credit Cards), Sum Up and in some cases Cash on Delivery (when available).
For orders with delivery outside Italy, it will be possible that cash on delivery service is not working or the service is really slow or other problems. So sometimes we will recomend to change method of payment to others available.
Return Items for Refund
According to Italian Law D.Lgs. 6th september 2005, no. 206 you can send back goods if not completely satisfied.
Let inform us within 14 days by email or letter about your decision, listing the items to be returned before to ship back the goods.
Then, send items back within 14 days and at delivery we will refund the total cost of products in 14 days.
Return goods have to be unbroken and complete.
Return shipping cost and other transport fees occurred are at your side.
